Please don't be put off, Personally, starting off, was a nightmare for me, easiest way to find if anything has been posted is to strip the URL right back, for eg take the ecover link above, but in the search option on the right hand side of the forum page, (forum pages are basically the same, so it applies elsewhere) put in http://www.ecoverwateraid.com/ , just the main part, not the added on bits, 99.9% of the time this is all you will need.

Please keep going, some of us are freebieholic's.

yes I think there is.the pages of the forum would be come very cluttered if we didn't search before posting.
You can post on the orginal post still available or the like.
