Hi
I would like to setup a pension scheme for myself and wife as two directors of our company. Where do I start?

DIY or IFA is your first decision to make.
The transaction is straight forward enough. Its just a case of you choosing provider and the types of investments if you DIY.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I have a Standard Life stakeholder from previous employent that will except employee and employer payments. However the fund choice is limited but the annual management charge is capped
I could open a Personal Pension for wider fund choice but slightly higher annual management charges.
My brother suggested a SIPP - he uses his to effectively deposit cash at a fairly ok interest rate (5%), but there are much higher annual management charges0
