I have a Nationwide online E-loan, I have tried borrowing money from it but it keeps coming up with an error message saying to contact customer services via the secure messaging facility.
I haave done this four times now and no-one ever replies and the fault has not been fixed.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Cheers, and thx for pm reply too.;)
I would definately contact customer services about this and inform them of the problem here, it could be that the service is down or maybe they would like to discuss other options for you.
Just a thought really but I have not actually dealt with anything as such as this before, so maybe someone will come along later and advise you more thorough here.
Hope this resolves and good luck!
Di.
