Help re pc/dvd magazine offer

A while ago someone posted a link that got you three magazines( pc mags about dvd, I think) and a free tool set for £1.

I applied for the offer, and to date havent received the magazines or tool set, even though they have debitted my account.

I've tried search using every search criteria I can think of but everything is coming up as no result found.

Can someone provide me the link to the thread, or the phone number to cancel this subscription.

The subscription hotline is 0845 126 0384 but you can cancel on the net via:-
http://www.subsinfo.co.uk/
but you need your subscriber password. If you don't have one then your best bet is the phone.

You need to follow the link to subscriptions at the bottom of the page and then click on 'UK Subscriptions' for all the details which are in a red box at the bottom of the page.

Why bother? Just cancel the direct debit at your bank. Shortly afterwards, you should get a letter from the magazine acknowledging cancellation but even if you don't, they can't claim any more subscriptions.

Hi there,

I wouldn't worry about it that much if I were you - it'll be more effort to fix this subscription than it would be to set up a new one.
If you've been charged and never got the mags/gifts then simply contact your bank and tell them, and you'll get your money back.. Then you're free to apply again, this time make sure you screen grab every page from first to last as you order!

I phoned them this afternoon, and they've now cancelled the subscription, and will be sending the three mags plus an extra one for my inconvenience

I had to wait a while but my first mag showed up - Jan 05!
No free gift yet, but will give it time.
