Just went to Morrisons and found their own brand curry sauce jars for just 5p!!
Not tasted it yet, but the lady on the checkout said that quite a few people had told her how nice it is.

Tried morrisons curry sauce before.. prefer it to most of the big name brands!! Not sure of it's normal price, but might have to stock up =]
It's not too hot, but it's also not too sweet (like a korma or w/e).
Thanks OP0 -
If you find it cheap stock up as i got back from asda yeaterday to find it had gone up from 6p to 37p in the space on 2 weeks!
I'll be stocking up from elsewhere.0 -
I had this a couple of weeks ago, the tins are cheaper at Tesco but the jar from Morrisons is a lot bigger so think it's a better deal in the long run. It was really nice actually, not to hot and had some sultanas in it, Im going to get a few more jars this weekend.Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0

Only the finest ingredients, I'm sure!!!
Mocking aside, I've tried Asda's, and for 4-5p, it's not atall bad! Great for a cheap meal... and more cost effective than buying a ready meal.

We tried it the other week and have to admit it is very nice. Pleasant taste to it. The only fault I'd probably say is that it stains anything very easy so be careful if you spill it but other than that no faults to it.
If you buy a pack of two chicken breast from Morrisons they cost probably around £4-£5 and then if you buy a named curry sauce that will cost you roughly £1.50 which works out between £5-£7 to make a curry for two.
Buy a full chicken. at about £3.50. Buy a couple of the jars of 5p curry. Roast the chicken at home and then use it in the curry. You'll make about 6 meals out of it and save your self half the money. You can then freeze the curry to use at a later day.0
