Large Christmas tree (real), delivered and put up (Bristol)

We need a Christmas tree at work (women's charity), but last year's supplier hasn't yet contacted us, the mobile phone number is unobtainable, and the website has gone. We're based in a converted church, and we need something at least 12 feet tall, has to be spectacular!

I'm not sure how easy we would find it to wrestle a large tree into the base and get it upright so although I've found someone who can order in a large tree for us, can anyone recommend somewhere which will do this for us? Please!
