new game sale/bargains?

does anyone have any more info on the new game sale coming out ?

Got an email the other day and they claim it will be the "bestest they have ever had".

I am willing to forgive after the last mess. Only thing that still annoys me is when I sent an email to game moaning i got a reply saying "thanks for your email , we will pass this on to the webteam but please do not expect a reply".

Great but hey. heres hoping to new sale will rock :rolleyes:

GibsonSt19, it was from an email that was sent out. They probably don't send it out to you as you are already a member and they want us to sign up. If you click on the reward card on the site, that gives you the sign up details that I was given.

Have you found it to be worth paying to become a member?

Getting a card is a complete waste of time (IMO) if you only occasionly shop at Game. They sent me a £2.50 voucher when I accumulated enough points (due to buying my Gamecube there), which never got used due to most items in the shop being overpriced.

Anyway, back on topic...
I have a card but need to re-register on the Game site apparently, but the registration form wont submit (keeps timing out) but if I manage to get to the sale I'll post back with findings.

i must be a member quite a few years now. Never had to pay any fee.

I've never had to pay a fee either. I got the email about happy hour, but I can't see anywhere on the site mentioning this now.
