well my delivery arrived this morning along with my free veg box and my amendments to the box where also included

    Mine too- thanks guys!!

Got a large mixed box, the freebie and some eggs.

All looks excellent stuff- got to get cooking- also there is plenty of it- we are 5 almost vegetarians so we will get through it all I'm sure. Just got to decide what to make!
  • just got mine now

just a word of warning -- ordered a chicken 1.4 kgs 9.79 bill came in at 11.74 -- ok may not sound a lot so i rang a quired it -- and was told cos its an average weight !! (no i wouldnt normally buy at this price but needed to spend to get the free box)

but as a good will gesture credited me back the difference so well done to them cos it wasnt made clear

    so pls check your bills

as for the fruit and veg -- loooks nice stuff ...

  • I always get organic chucks either from Abel and cole or wellhungmeat.

Although they seem quite pricey for their size, you will find they have a lot of meat on for a small bird. Also because they have a lot more flavour, you can make a cracking stock for risotto from the carcass

I've just had 2 free veg boxes delivered. I am wondering if maybe I entered both free veg box codes by mistake as I couldn't see the free veg boxes in my order until I got the confirmation through (which then showed 2 free boxes) so was going coupon crazy and typing everything in. Anyway, I now have a HUGE glut of fruit and veg so need to get my thinking cap on and get cooking (manyana manyana).... all the produce looks great, I ordered quite a lot of "speciality" bread for the freezer and that really does look impressive. Obviously, with 2 boxes I did get really good value.
