Free Veg box from Able & Cole

Able & Cole are doing a free £15.95 veg box to all new customer who spend £25 or more, if you put BOXOFFER in a code box.
BUT I would only buy the fruit & vetg from them, everything else is really expensive.
So would I have to spend £25+ on fruit & veg to get my free box and then have it all delivered together?
Because I wouldn't use £41 worth of fruit & veg!!!!!
Anyone got this & managed to get the order split?

I bought £25 worth of other stuff and had the free veg box. Although I wouldn't normally buy these things as they are really expensive, it was a bit of a treat. Some things like washing up liquid were on offer. I also bought tofu, nut burgers, yoghurt (really yummy damson flavour), houmus, pittas, olives, chocolate. So basically you get all of it for £25 including the veg box which is a bargain. I also did it when they were offering £10 cashback via quidco which is a fantastic offer but this has now ended for the time being at least.

I got one of their leaflets today and it's very confusing, isn't it? It sounds as if they will add it automatically "so only order a box if you would like two that week"! So what happens if you are never going to want two? I think I would emil them to ask them to explain. I must say I'm baffled!

If you only wanted one box of fruit and veg you would have to order at least £25-worth of other things. Then you would receive the other things plus a free box of fruit and veg. I think that might be it.
Edited to add: Thanks Jaycee! You posted while I was typing. Nice to know I was right in the end!0 -
Blimey an 800g steak and kidney pie cost £9.90 from this company, soooooo expensive, no wonder they can give away free veg boxes!!!

I have a leaflet from Abel & Cole that says you get a free box when you spend £15, the code is SEPBOX15.0
-
Its the £15.95 standard mixed box.0

Do you think if I bought the salad box & the smallest fruit box & got the mixed box free I would have far too much veg?0

I have been buying from Abel and cole for years now and whilst they are not the cheapest I have always found all their products to be of good quality.
Their organic meat prices ore comprable to other organic meat delivery retailers and if you buy whilst the 20% off offer is on, it works out great value.
I was gutted that I could not make better use of this code. Some shister had cloned my debit card and my new one has only just come through. By then, the final order date for meat and bread for my delivery date had passed. But I have still been able to stock up on other cupboard stuff (esp. their mayonnaise which I love)
.
The Abel and cole people were also very understanding when I rang them to explain why my payment had not gone through last week and said that the things that had already been put on order for the following week would still be delivered.
My delivery chap is also lovely. He even puts my chilled goods in my shed fridge for me and locks it up behind him.Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0
