Prize:
The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is store credit worth £10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) to spend on a Magnet kitchen. The prize may be spent on kitchen furniture, including units and worktops, appliances and installation, subject to a minimum of £5,000 of the prize being spent on kitchen furniture. The prize includes consultation with a Magnet kitchen design consultant, along with delivery to the winner’s UK address, subject to restrictions. The winner may take up the prize in their local Magnet store as agreed with the winner and prize provider.

The prize is subject to availability and restrictions, and to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and/or manufacturer. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable. There is no alternative prize and no cash equivalent. It is the responsibility of the winner to take up the prize within 6 (six) months of winner confirmation. Failure to take up the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize. The winner may not take up the prize on separate occasions, and any unused sums, up to the maximum value of the prize as stated in these terms and conditions may not be redeemed for other goods or services on any other separate occasion. The prize provider reserves the right to vary any element of the prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Other restrictions may apply. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses, or for any medical conditions aggravated or incurred as a result of taking up the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other associated costs or expenses, charges or taxes incurred by a winner which are not included in the prize including but not limited to removal of any existing fittings and/or appliances, storage costs and fees, the cost of entry, the cost of any calls made, internet access fees, accommodation, cost of repair and/or remodelling, restoration and incidental costs.

The winner must be a home owner, aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom and may be required to confirm proof of eligibility and age. The winner may be required to participate in publicity for the prize provider.
