    Hi there

If you feel you were mis sold the ppi then I would get reclaiming this back, because yes you can then reclaim, if you settled a loan and feel you did not get enough back (unfair rebate) then this is another issue where you can still try to reclaim on this.

You may be aware that loans.co.uk were fined for mis selling earlier in the year.

If you like hun, please could you add your post in the reclaiming/discussion forum ?
press on Loans then above the page you will see that mentioned forum, there you will receive further help and advice to guide you through this.;)

    Hope to see you there.

Maybe get some ideas of how your policy was sold to you.
  • Another question if you dont mind Di, I signed a form which they had the PPi ticked is that okay and I claim from loans.co.uk then not first national? Thanks Di

By the way First National and GE money are the same company. GE money operate under the First National brand (typically Prime) and iGroup (typically sub-prime)

if you feel you were mis sold the PPP the claim would be through whole sold you the loan, i.e. loans.co.uk. if you're looking to cancel it and get partial rebate you should contact First National

    Hope this helps

Hi i took a loan out in 2007 with loans.co.uk and this was paid off end of the year. i didn't know i had a ppi and back in 2008 i had a letter advising me of ppi. i rang up GE MONEY and thier said i can cancel it which i did and then i moved i did not hear fromthem. Just this year i went throug some paper work and relaized and rang GE Money and thier said thier did send me a letter to sign, well i nevr recvd anything so i had it cancld and thier back dated it from nov 2008 and paid out £1250.55 this week and i asked them about the miss selling and thier advised me i need to contact loans .co.uk as thier sold it. but i hae asked for the break down of the £1250.55. which i am happy thier have refunded me but i dont know if i have got the correct amount. The FOS are looking in to my claim for miss selling ppi.

Shame thier (sic) isn't an ombudsman for misspellings - you'd have enough to clear your debts and then some! ;)
