I mean, you can joke about it, but it is. From what I see around me, it seems there are far more unhealthy Burger King-chowing fat fellas in need of the gym than there are women.

That in itself may be a product of different sex discrimination - i.e. the media's constant focus on the need for women to look good - but let's not fix that discrimination-against-women with discrimination-against-men.

Why not just open this up for men and women? I hate things being restricted to one sex group, we're all human beings after all and none of us would be here without our "differently-genitalled" counterparts!

Or could the real reason for the narrow focus on 18-24 year old women be that the whole thing is being funded by HornyWorkoutBabes.com, who will be equipping all the gyms with hidden cams..? There's no such thing as free lunch!
they might do a male one... i agree tho they shoulda opened it up to 3000 regardless of sex.

I just signed up but the nearest gym to me is 3 miles away. There are about 5 nearer but 3 monthst membership will save me around £90 plus having to pay a joining fee. Thanks again op.
