Yesterday I was going to have a turkey joint. Anyway I took it out around midnight and put it in the fridge.
I then took it out around 10am and left it on the side. Came back at around 12 to find it was still frozen in the middle put it a bowl of water until 1pm still frozen changed the water and gave up and out it back in the fridge.
At all times it was still cold is it still ok use as I will have for tea tonight.

Yup should be fine, make sure it is cooked right through though, I have cooked a turkey joint in a sc before and crisped it in the oven, it was delish, might be too late to do this is you are having it tonight, but good tip for next time, it makes the joint really tender
