i've had them cancel and order saying its gone out of stock and then email and say it was a mistake and they have got it in stock.
and another order cancelled after waiting 3 months for it to come in stock. no email to say why!! and when i emailed them they said they were waiting for payment even though thats impossible as you have to complete there checkout process at the time of the order!!! they blamed me for them not taking payment i had authorised........idiots is all i can say about them and not even polite idiots at that!
that said they are on quidco so go via them and save, i cant recall how much %:T0 -

also thanks to the OP - I have ordered 3 packs of these storage boxes - these are slightly smaller than the ones I have been buying in costco for about £5 each.
Delivery was £3.95 plus VAT0 -
I ordered a desk last year - they took my money - 3mth wait - nothing - had to chase them for the cash0
