    Hi Everyone

Just wanted to wish you all a very happy new year and a very prosperous one at that.

My life has taken a drastic turn since Christmas Day, in fact it actually fell totally apart. Still pretty shell shocked here but am determined to sort things and get myself back on my feet. I really really hope that this thread remains in one form as I have come to welcome the idle chat along with all the wonderful advice and would consider many of you friends.

Wishing you all the very very best.

    Hugs

    Kath xx

    Hi

Finally got round to writing up the recipes I want to keep track of from Weezl's threads.

I'm missing a bit though - as in I remember asking on one of our Weezl's threads if anyone has a "recipe" for making Cajun or similar spice (for things like spicy potato wedges, etc) - as its quite expensive to buy one of those Schwartz readymade ones.

I recall that 2 or 3 people kindly put how-to details up - but I cant find them...theres an awful lot of pages to trawl through on 3 threads worth:eek:

Could anyone please point me in the right direction.....?:D

I have a very nice recipe for that type of seasoning and hope you like it.

    1Tbsp salt
    2Tsp Garlic powder
    2 Tsp black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 to 1 tsp cayanne pepper
    1 1/2tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp barbecue seasoning powder, (quite frankly I never use this bit dont like the taste myself)

Hope that helps a little :)
