You need to upload it to somewhere and then click that yellow sunset button and place the link to the picture.

Theres lots of free image hosts if you need them, or geocities, or freehostia.com for general file uploads.

i use photobucket. you just create a free account and then you can upload your pictures and embed them as indelacio has described.
