Transfer to SIPP

I am currently reviewing my pension arrangements following a recent change in jobs.
At present I have 4 seperate pensions and I want to transfer them all to one SIPP and invest in individual shares. The combined value of these pensions is approx £35k and there will be an on-going monthly contribution of aprox £300.
Who are the best providers with minimum charges for regular contributions?
I am mortage free and use my full ISA allowance.
Many thanks
DD
