Unsure where I saw it

Options
Hi,

This might not ne the right board so please forgive me but hopefully someone will point me in the right direction...:D

first one was a company who lets you have 2nd class prepaid envelopes. the reason they were free is they had advertising on the back. very handy when sending off cheques etc so dont mind the advertising

second was a company where you sign up for a free 08 type number. you give this out to companies who 'require' your landline. difference is they get charges a higher rate to call that number which the company splits with you. the 08 type number justs forwards onto you and also hides your real phone number.

knew I should have added them to my favourites at the time.

if anyone remembers a link I'd be very grateful.

cheers

I think the one you want is SAYNOTO0870.COM
    Hope this helps
  • sorry but its not saynoto0870 ( although that did come in handy for freebie ringing vodafones customer services :D )

no this is one where if a company calls YOU, you've given them. so if they want to disturb during your dinner after a hard days slog they have to call a semi premium rate number......

and you get paid for it. :D ( well along with the company that supplies it free to you )

Indeed. They might as well say the sample is £2 and the postage is free, same thing.
