Hi, i'm not sure if i have posted this in the right place, so i apologise if i havent. but i was wondering if anyone had heard of a thing called swishing, and whether anyone had been to an event/held one?
a friend and i were thinking of doing it and wondered whether they work

i love the idea of this, i think its brilliant. its like a swap shop party. i often buy vintage clothes from the shop near me, or from ebay.

i bet you'd get loads of people turning up with some old piece of tat though?

the two are totally different! the other poster spammed almost every thread on the site for a start.

Its just a pity that all the swishing parties are in London:rolleyes: This swishing thing isnt Spam but a genuine thing - it has even been featured on The One Show on BBC1

We do this about once a year at a friend's house and make a proper party night out of it. It has been discussed on the Old Style forum as a suggestion for a free/cheap night.

people have been doing this sort of thing its not spam but not to say op isnt connected with the company... i dont think so tho good post very green lol

I have been to one they are brilliant I have lost weight and managed to swap my now too big clothes for new slimmer ones!!
