Leather Jacket

About 6 years ago I bought a leather jacket. It is long I am 6 ft tall and it goes below my knees. It is not in a good state. It has damage and some wear and tear. Anyone got any ideas on how it can be repaired. Is there a company that could do this although I fear they would have to find some similar leather to match as I feel bits need cutting out and putting back in. Not sure anyone will even understand what I mean its just it cost me about £250 - £300.
