    For me the cheapest way would be the train, in and out of Manc the same day
    The 12 week booking thing is pants,, at the prices i looked at, £10 return

    very true... I can't imagine it'd be that much cheaper though. Only one change which is at Stafford and literally then next stop on the line from us. We shall see though. lol

    I can definitely come :D. Train fare is only £7.60 for a return :) will either come back same day or get a hotel if I can. :) I don't get on the DFW board much at the mo so could someone please pm me with the date when you have decided.

    I've only been to the city centre twice in the last 15 years, so cant help I'm afraid. Hopefully someone will be along who actually has a social life that can help !!

    Any date in Feb is okay with me I think, but 20th or 28th would probably be better from a 'payday' point of view.
