There is also the very small possibility that I may have my OH in tow on either the Friday or Saturday night but he'll stay out of the way when I go to meet everyone. I have to go to somewhere near Oldham Saturday night (if I can get back to Manchester) so will have to get a train around 6 I think.

Also - Man Utd were supposed to be playing at home that day, but it has been cancelled as they are in the Carling Cup Final the next day, so there should be no problem for those who are staying up late.

There is also the tiny (but improbable) possibility I can persuade him not to go north at all.......which would mean I can stay all day and party on into the night

aaaw, ta. Can't go into the ins and outs of the possible dilemma I had, because I , erm, saw something I shouldn't have :whistle: and I was waiting to see if I was going to be asked to go to this 'do' in Oldham
