I assume that like other cards I can add another BT to my Amex card and be entitled to LOB rates of 4.9%???????????

Check the terms and conditions that came with your card to see how long you have to transfer balances at 4.9% for life. As I recall I think it is six months, but do not quote me on that.0 -
