I had a stroke of luck a while back after an order that I had placed with Principles got cancelled (twice!) - they sent me a £25 voucher because I complained & explained that the item that I had ordered was for my wife as a Birthday present, and I had not received the e-mail letting me know that the item would not be arriving.

We don't have the budget to use the code this month, so I figured we'd post it here. The problem is that we don't know if the code was specifically for us or at the least those that had been e-mailed it, so it may not work for everyone, but hopefully it will.

Bumping this post because principle currently have a sale on & the code I posted above seems to work on sale items, despite the terms saying that it can't be used in conjunction with any other offers - I did a test run & added a skirt to the shopping bag & then applied my code. The resulting page stated I had an extra £6 off the item. Covers the postage charge & more.
