you can of course declare your self bankrupt
from what you say, I would think that
a. the OR would seize your share of the property even if you had 'given' it away
b. the judge would consider that your clear intention was fraudulent and make an appropriate BTO.
c. that your future career might well be compromised by your behaviour0 -
