I have bought something over the internet (through a catalogue company) for my son's birthday for £30. I bought it based on the picture shown but they have sent a different item and are saying that the wrong picture was on the item.
The picture on the item actually costs £80.
Do I have any right to demand the item I thought I had bought?
Less than two months ago I ordered something from them which they had mispriced and subsequently refused to sell to me for the advertised price.
I bought this item in good faith believing I was getting a fab bargain for my little boys birthday. I had no idea that the item I thought I was buying should have cost £80 so it's not as if I was trying to pull a fast one or anything. The thing they have sent is useless to me as it is for a baby and my son is 4.
