Pumpkin & Halloween Olympics

Pumpkin Olympics
Come and take part in the Pumpkin Games at Arley, our mini games will include pumpkin shot put, pumpkin bowling, pumpkin Hoop-La as well as an obstacle race. Pumpkins will be provided for the Games and it promises to be lots of fun.

Halloween Activities

There will also be a Spider Hunt in the Hall, a Ghost Hunt around the Gardens, Face Painting, Apple Bobbing, Story Telling and a chance to win a Halloween cake. Why not try and find the witches broom hidden in The Grove or become creative and compose a 'Grow Your Own Pumpkin poem' with out very own poet laureate for Cheshire, W. Terry Fox.
Enter our heaviest pumpkin competition as well and win a trip to Chester Zoo for you whole class ! And for your culinary delights we hope to have pumpkin pies, soup, cakes and biscuits for you to try.

    Great - thanks - have saved both links to use for Halloween Party - every year nieces and nephews want something to do with Halloween for a 'suprise' !!!!! party they 'do' for the adults (which we adults of course, don't remember from year to year/know nothing about!!) - this is perfect for me to pass on -they will be really pleased/excited - many thanks !!!!!!!!
  • Oh man, I love you, seriously. Halloween is my favourite time of year, and with my birthday being the day after, this will really come in handy for all the stuff we do for parties. Bring on the 31st! :beer:
