A free party in the city centre to celebrate London and its river. Everyone is welcome.

    Saturday 13 September 2008
Location: Along the Thames between Westminster Bridge and Tower Bridge

A great gathering along London's river. There will be music, dancing, creative activities, stalls, food and loads of entertainment.

Save the Children will be at the Thames Festival, with fun festival freebies. Come and visit our stall, we'd love to see you!

  • Thanks for the post.

This is a great event. Don't forget the fireworks on Sunday evening. Start at 9.45pm, between Waterloo bridge and Blackfriars bridge, where National Theatre and Oxo Tower are.
  • I went today to the Thames fest.

had a fantastic day, wayyyyyy tomoch to see everything in one day, if you do go tomorrow, make sure you go see jump in the Koren area, it is a fantastic show and you would pay at least £25 to see it in the westend

came away today with lots of freebies too, and entered lots of comps too
