1. No purchase necessary – free prize draw.
2. Open to residents of UK mainland and ROI only.
3. Closing date 29th September 2008
4. Winners will be selected at random from all complete entries received on 23rd September. Winners will be notified no later than 30th September by email. Prizes must be claimed by 13th October 2008.
5. Five winners will each receive a copy of Caramel on DVD
6. All prizes are subject to availability and are valid for six months after winner has been notified, in the event of a prize becoming unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
7. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any claim to a prize.
8. There is no cash alternative.
9. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
10. Only one entry per household is allowed.
11. The draw is not open to employees of Divine Chocolates, Momentum Pictures or its agencies.
