Ok.
We did tell them about the problem as I have already said twice but was told sorry thats the job. Also we had no training on how to lift heavy items or how the load the vans when carrying heavy items.
I have already spoke to a Injury lawyer and they feel i have a very good case I just wanted some advice.
I am asking for help not stupid time wasting comments.
