Ridiculous Tesco customer Services

Wrong place to post I know. We were in Tesco the other did and did a bit of shopping. I bought some pies that were half price so checked the receipt to make sure it had given the right price. It hadn't but I didn't want to cause a fuss for 25p (and also didn't want them to defrost while waiting at Customer Services!). went home and looked at the recipt to check other items and noticed they'd overcharged for yoghurt which I only know because I spotted that it was cheaper than Morrisons were I normally go. The next day my OH was returning some school uniform so I said as you're going anyway tell them about the overcharging. He did this but they said they couldn't do anything without seeing the goods! What would be the point of taking the frozen pies out of the freezer to spend 2 x 20 minute journeys plus waiting time in the shop and the same with the yoghurts? What's the thinking behind this? Do they think we found the receipt in the street went through it with our encyclopaedic (?) knowledge of the entire Tesco pricing system and then tried to get money back on goods we hadn't even bought? CCRRRRRRAAAAAZZZZYYYY

very annoying! been told ring helpline before just for 57p offer that hadnt come off at till.-whats the point???but did get money back just said ring next time.

Now this has happened to me so I take the item out the box keep the item in the freezer and take the packaging back.Sorted!
