  • My black forest trifle came about diue to a failed black forest gateaux years ago..

Failed choc sponge, black cherry jelly + black cherry pie filling, cherry liqueur, custard, whipped cream and crumbled flake
  • Sorry don't really understand what you mean, left over choc cake?????

If you mean surplus to immediate requirments I would suggest you warm it and serve with lashing of cream and eat it till you make yourself sick

At least thats what I would do LOL
  • Ok, this is a *perfect* experimental chocolate trifle opportunity - aim for one just like those really expensive pre-made ones from the supermarket! I assume you'd just mix up leftover chocolate cake with some chocolate mousse (value of course..;)), chocolate sauce, chocolate buttons and squirty cream! xx
