Blank CCA received

Hi, I have written to Redcats requesting a copy of my signed CCA. They have written back enclosing a copy of an unsigned agreement and copies of statements with them. They say that this satisfies the requirements of Section 77-78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 in regard to supplying a copy of agreement and account statements. Does anybody know if this is correct and if not how do I go about asking for a signed one? Thanks

I opened up catalogue accounts at various times with the most recent being approx 3 years ago. I stopped being able to afford to pay it a few months ago along with 3 other catalogues- I made offers of reduced payments but they would not accept and it has been stalemate since with them passing on to debt collection agencys.0
