ordered 3,recieved 2 on thursday,emailed them about outstanding collage and was told it's been cancelled due to technical problems and to reorder via your account :eek: which will more than likely be at full price

Got mine this morning after ordering on 14th September.

They're lovely, i got one with lots of pics on, which i'd ordered 2 of, but received two of the black ones with 4 pics on, so little mix up but they're all really lovely

My order is still at being printed status - hope they come soon! (as at Friday) just checked again and have been despatched!

I can't believe the OP only got 22 thank you's for this post, considering how many people seem to have ordered!

Just an update from my post above, they responded really quickly and said they've sent my pics to be reprinted and all i need to do is return the originals to a freepost address!

I've had a reply saying they must have been lost in the post and they will reprint for me at no extra charge ... I should think not too lol lol

I have to say though, I am very !!!!!! at the thought of personal family pics going "missing" .... a possibility I never considered at the time or ordering. I'm going to have a word my my postie so he can check for me. I hope they aren't actually missing, but that Photobox are using that as an excuse for orders that were delayed, or those they hadn't printed and hoped people would forget about ... if that makes sense
