That is mega confusing! If you dont want to contact LLoyds yourself I would contact CCCS and forward that letter on to them. They should be able to sort out which debt the payments are going to (i.e. the OD or the CC) and they should be able to negotiate a freeze on the interest. I would contact them soon. You can stand there and agonize........

Do you still have a current account with LLoyds?!? If so i would scrap that asap and open another account with a different bank.
It is scary news about LLoyds taking over the Halifax.
Sorry to hear about the car!! Hope it works out cheaper than you expect.... if not  (have a beer)xYou can stand there and agonize........

Yeah i think you are right, it will not have such a huge impact on general current account people.

Mine has been.
3 of my cards are now with DCAs and no interest is being paid.Lightbulb moment Dec 2005 - debt £23700
June 2010 - £17984.210 -
I dont really remeber, probably 6 months, maybe a bit more.
I was having a hard time and didnt open any of my mail for months so by the time I did, there was letters from DCAs.
HSBC was passed over quickly as i offered them a pro rata payment and they refused so got rid of me ASAP.
BAA Worldcard haven't passed me to a DCA yet. Gave me 6 months of no intrest and accepted 1% of my balance. I've had to write to them to ask for this again so no dount I'll get passed over.
Capital One and Marbles took a few months.
BTW, I've done my DMP on my own. I did contact CCCS I think but couldn't get the time to talk to them as I had relatives here for a few months so just wrote letters to my creditors myself.Lightbulb moment Dec 2005 - debt £23700

thanks thats very interesting
I fear that I have mucked up big time. I convinced one of my creditors NOT to pass to a DCA about 3 months ago, on the basis the DMP was commencing and the amount would be worthwhile. I think I am paying enough into the DMP that they are in no rush to pass to DCA's - instead happy to receive say £100 a month and add £80 of charges on, meaning we will be very old before we make real progress:mad:
Different issue - QUIDCO..Does anyone know what this means

I am really keen to know if I am going to be getting £80 cashback for home insurance, and thought tracked may be should be validated but not sure.....

Phoned them, but they said they have no news on the account and I am to ring on Monday after 830 and speak to the relevant department
