Just phoned the local court again, this time I spoke to a woman who was a lot more helpful. She said that I needed to make sure that this company new of the bankruptcy and I said that the OR and CAB were contacting all the creditors with the bankruptcy details. I was asked if this creditor was on the bankruptcy order SOA and I said yes. The woman told me that the bankruptcy order superinseeds (spelling) the court order.

To be on the safe side with this particular creditor I will write a breif note and send them a copy of the bankruptcy order by recorded & signed for delivery.

Well i would write to Asset Link Capital (No 1) Ltd.not ring, there not the nicest of DCA.s if its who i think it is and will probebly hurl abuse at you for going BR, bit like a toddler throwing its toys out of a pram cos they cant get what they want:rotfl: :rotfl:

Send it recorded delivery and keep the proof

May come in handy if they try egnoring you;)
