I bought a couple of these fillets from the fresh counter the other day and they were absolutely delicious. Only a couple of pence more than the standard fillets.
Would anyone be able to let me know of a recipe for a marinade like this?
I found it a little on the hot side so we can forget about the chili in favour of pepper.
I imagine it could be applied to the standard 'white fish' (usually pollack) which supermarkets sell cheaply and this would give what is normally fairly bland a nice boost.

Many thanks Debbie. Might well try that one, although it's for chicken and would have to be adapted.0

Hi Chris,
The recipe that Debbie has linked to sounds lovely and should be easy to adapt for fish. If you check out google there are lots of links to lime, ginger and chilli marinades.

I've made it for pork too, and that tastes good as well!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member No 1001 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :cool:0
