  • I realised the other day that all this money I've been spending in Argos and I had not used my nectar points. On friday I picked up the half price screwdriver/vacuum set and 2 topper terriers, come to the total of £24.97. Handed over the Nectar card and said 'dunno how much is on there but take off what you can' she said it had £25 and then gave me 3p change ;D. So I got paid to take them away ;D

I know I have probably spent thousands of pounds in sainsburys.barclaycard/petrol etc.....but shhhh..... ;)

  • Boobed last night on a reservation for a Cordless Drill at £14.99 and Bits set for £9.99 and reserved them till close of business today at Edinburgh Kinnaird. I have now managed to reserve these at Craigleith which is easier for me and am off to pick them up now.

If anyone wants the code for Kinnaird, let me know but I will now be offline for a couple of hours.

Can be seen on the Argos website, codes 710/4899 and 701/5270.

To save me having to carry these by hand to deliver (now im ok delivering to ang by hand :) but would feel a little worried now with seanie (told ya to just keep it in pm :-X )
Could do with suggestions from all yee experieced parcel senders, must be some ebayers! Bags are soft but wont realy squash flat and i cant find a jiffy bag big enough, got some boxes that might do but obviously that would bump wieght up. Other thought i had is to tape a bin bag round it cos its soft so i cant see it getting damaged.
    any thoughts sugestions please.
I still cant find that offside ruler THINGY code either...

Dundee has Thompson Mini Systems 5125753 at £59.99 (was £119.99). Mother decided this was still too expensive for her ::) but thought I'd share the info. :)
