company investment in a buy-to-let property

I have a buy-to-let studio flat that I bought two years ago - I put a £25k deposit and took a £75k interest only mortgage. This is due to end soon and I am not sure what to do now. I have my own limited company. If possible, I would like to invest some of the company's capital in to my buy-to-let flat. Is this possible / adviseable, and what would the taxes or other implications be of doing this?
TIA!
