New to this site so here goes. my partner has left but not the debt he left that behind:mad: He asked me to get a car on finance which i did but in my name, there is 27 months left to pay and i really cant aford this. Have looked at agreement and if i give it back it states i will still owe what i have left to pay its due mot insurance and road tax and i just cant do this on my wage. Any suggestions?

what sort of agreement is it...HP or a personal loan
if its HP you can hand it back once half the payment have been made,
if its a personal loan you can sell it0 -
The car is on hp and have read agreement which states if i give it back i will still have to pay the amount thats left plus any charges. Thankyou for your reply.0
