Think it is the Shepherd Neane Brewery Tour. Only real tour on their site that could refer to hops0

Be careful if using the email link on the page, when it opens up in Outlook/Live Mail etc it says augustcompetition@ instead of the septembercompetition@ that is stated

Think it is the Hop Farm, as far as I know it is owned by Whitbread, which would fit in with the 'no scotch' part of the clue.0
