  • Thank you so much guys for all your help. Starting to understand where he stands.
Help me to help you :santa2:
  • Since no contract exists and they are working from home, it's likely they'd be deemed as a temp. think you get less rights as a temp.

I do notice how you don't reply to any questions...
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.
  • It is apparent from OP's other posts that he is, himself, a business owner and employs a number of staff.

It is surprising therefore that he doesn't know the answer to his questions, or at least have contacts who he can ask.

I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

Update: Emailed employer gave 2 weeks to reply - no reply.
Emailed Higher Up and gave a further week to reply - response:
'apologies for the delay in our response, we will get back to you by the end of the day tomorrow'. - Waited and waited and still no response.

    What should he do now??

Thanks for all your advice guys.
