Boots have the Inverto 700 for £200, which looks to be a really nice piece of kit. gets great reviews
has twin freeview tuners so you can record and watch 2 diff channels, which is pretty useful.
with boots 10% off code valid today it comes to £180 with 800 advangtage points. whcih is £40 cheaper than eslewhere and is also a much in demand product.
but, it's not what i'm looking for.
i'm wanting a dvd recorder with Hdd and possibly a freeview tuner. does anyone know of one for a similar price, or possibly a bit more?
cheers

Even at £180 the Inverto looks way overpriced compared to the £125 Fusion twin tuner model.
All of the twin tuner models have bugs and niggles too. The single tuner models seem to be more reliable if you can live without recording 2 programs at the same time ( you can get an 80Gb Fusion single tuner for under £100). Remember you can always buy another cheap freeview box so that you can record and watch a different channel at the same time, this will probably be cheaper than the extra for a twin tuner model.0
