Doesnt look like spam as there are 738 auction items at the moment and 474 registered users.

The £10 isn't up to much though as you can only use it to pay there fees.
how can i use my £10 account credit ?
All members recieve £10 account credit when they register. this credit can only be used to pay off fees that are owed to jtbids. you cannot use the account credit to pay for items from other members. and it cannot be converted in to cash.
