Should I sell my endowment policy?

Hello,
This is my first thread and a subject you have read many times!

We have a 25 year with profits endowment policy with Phoenix ( it originally was a Royal life policy)
It will mature on June 2011
We have paid our mortgage off in April 2008 so dont need the money currently.
The policy is in "paid up" mode.
Last statement in May 2008 gave following figures:
Basic Guaranteed Sum Assured £10097
Previous Bonus Amount £8769.52
Last Years Bonus £47.17
Total Plan Benefits £18913.69

Surrender Value as at 11th September 2008 is £22431.00

Terminal Bonus if policy matured today would be 26% applied to Basic Sum Assured and Bonuses accrued.

Appreciate any views!

Thank you
