Hi all, I am a multiple homeowner (I have 3 properties in London and 1 in Europe) who needs to borrow £195,000 over 4 years. This is to be a 30% downpayment on an off-plan development overseas.

I have exhausted my due diligence in the developer and it is low risk. They will pay all interest on the loan until completion of building, then stack it onto the completion price (which in 4 years should have increased by substantially more than the interest).

I am not looking for any advice on the investment, but can anyone advise the best way to borrow £195,000 preferably from one lender?

The equity in my current properties is worth more than the loan amount needed, however the one brokerage I phoned (Loanmakers) said 'downpayment on a property' is not eligble, and their loans are normally under £100,000.
Thanks & good fortunes!
