Free one night break if you shop with ADSA online

Just had an emailed offer of a one night break for two if you order over £75 online with ASDA. Seems to be no catches (like dining there or whatever).

From the mail:
Simply order an ASDA grocery delivery from https://www.ASDA.com between 18th November 2005 and 19th December 2005, spending £75 or more, and you can enjoy a free one night break for two at one of 80 hotels, located in some of the most beautiful parts of the UK and Ireland.

All you have to do is choose your hotel, turn up, chill out and have fun! You don't have to dine at the hotel but, since many of them have fabulous restaurants, you could be tempted to treat yourself! Choose from Scotland, Wales, Ireland, England or even the Isle of Man or Isle of Wight, just visit https://www.asdaonenightfree.co.uk for full details of all the hotels available and pick your idyllic destination...

Go on...Let us treat you!

How to claim your free one night break...

1) Visit https://www.ASDA.com and place your order of £75 or more
2) At the checkout enter the eVoucher code M3-KA-TE-06, and make sure you have 'ticked' it before you click on 'Next Page'.
3) We will then send you your one night free booking pack. Please allow 28 days from the close of the offer for delivery.
4) Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions

We look forward to doing your shopping for you!!

Thanks, this sounds great, unfortunately I've just done my shopping in person at Asda! Never mind, there's always next week.

They did this recently, but you had to make two orders. There are some really nice looking hotels!! The only restrictions are/were you can only book up to 14 days before your stay and some hotels restrict the days that you can stay.

    Great offer though!!!

If in doubt please read this and this for an explanation. If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!!.

usually with these free night hotel offers you HAVE to pay for 2 evening meals and full breakfast the next day which totals about the same as paying for a hotel night's stay minus the food. Be warned.

    The first post clearly said:
"You don't have to dine at the hotel..."

Could be on dodgy ground according to the T&C's if you have not been mailed the voucher personally

    T&C's

13.11 No eVoucher may be copied, reproduced, published or distributed directly or indirectly in any form for use by anyone other than the original recipient.

13.12 In using this eVoucher you warrant that you are the duly authorised recipient of it. If you redeem or attempt to redeem an eVoucher to which you are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.

13.13 If we believe that any eVoucher is being used illegally or unlawfully ASDA may reject or cancel this eVoucher and take any further action as ASDA deem appropriate.

Bit risky unless you were planning to spend £75 anyway. I've added the voucher to my account and it accepted it ok.... but whether they will honour it is another thing. Has anyone else used codes with ASDA which have not been issued personally to them?
  • OK - see what you mean re: the codes.

The code was emailed to me (twice - by different organisations) so I guess that it's just one of their big promos, rather than anything too specific.

Just goes to show that some of the junk email that you get can be useful sometimes.

I've booked my free night, they asked if I wanted any extras evening meal etc, but I declined, so totally free. Confirmation is in the post. If I have a problem I'll let you know!!
