Just had a letter from Your Family magazine congratulating me on winning short break to Pontins for up to four people worth £399.

Can't find the post to thank the OP, as the only ones I can see required creativity and thats certainly not me!!! But whoever it was thank you very much :beer:

Also a big thanks to Fabwitch, who was the one who inspired me to enter holiday competitions as I'd normally avoided them thinking I'd be one of 1000s with no chance at all!

There are ones from The Sun (finished on 11/08) and also from a magazine (11/08 as well), but you didn't appear to enter either of them! So, in the words of Toyah, "it's a mystery!"

There is one posted by bhafc810, but I tend to do the comps as soon as they are posted and this went up on 12th August, when I was at the Olympic party in London and I know I didn't do any competitions that weekend. I also didn't thank either, which is very unlike me. It was also that weekend that I had the chat with Fabwitch and started doing holidays... so maybe I was rushing through.

I've thanked on it today, just in case, cus I can't see any others that it could have been. I hate not knowing who put up the post so they get my gratitude.

Congrats!

I know there was a Pontins prize on a Take a Break magazine, it was one of the ones where you tick the A B or C boxes and that was it. I remember it clearly as I know it sounds terrible but I didn't want to win that prize, so didn't tick the box! Perhaps it could be that one????
