Thanks so much for that, I have just bought eight pizzas at Tesco Watford for 20p each, they were not marked but scanned ok at the till.
Note that Tesco have 20% off clothing today.

Supermarkets ..... ugh! Is it just me or does anyone else find mistakes on their bills (or don't you check them?) Practically every time I go to Tesco, or Sainsbury's there's a mistake - and always to their advantage, not mine.

I have just returned now from Tesco, and they charged me 49p instead of 29 for carrots/turnip, and a £1. voucher hasn't been taken off.

I am so fed up with it.

At least Tesco let you have the item for free when they make a mistake, Sainsbury's who are the worst in my experience, just give you back the difference. Just come back from Morrison's and one of the offers hadn't gone through so I went to Customer Services and they said there was no such offer. I went and put my shopping in the car and then just had to go back to prove to myself that I was right. I took the offer card from the shelf to Customer Services and what did I get for my trouble? 21p! - plus the satisfaction of being proved right of course.

Asda will refund any overcharge, and it's their co. policy to give the Customer a £2 gift card too, I was told it was "for the inconvenience" at their Customer Service desk  ;D  

As my last overcharge was for 18p on an item costing 75p, that worked out even better than the Teco policy!!

I always check my receipt now before I leave the shop, it's quite amazing how often mistakes are made.

I went into my local Tesco's this evening and checked every label in the freezer and chiller cabinets but I couldn't find anything at these prices. There were lots of similar products that I haven't seen in there before, so I guess they've now replaced the 'old' stock.

Never mind, will try checking again next week.
