just enjoyed some of the key lime pie..but almost got caught at one store as they were at £1.39 scan £1.39 (the other store said 1.39 scan 10p)0

In Tesco Wellingborough they had lots of frozen BBQ stuff still - sausages, chicken wings, satay sticks, kebabs all at 20p for large bags i think, didn't buy any as not my thing, plus no room in freezer!0

Tesco Lemon cheescakes lemon value range had a discontinued label at my local small Tesco for 79p so I bought the last two. Disgusting, hardly any lemon flavour so I will be writing to them this week. Just fortunate that we have teenagers who will hoover anything up!

Tesco's Frozen Ready Cooked White Rice is down to 10p for an 800g bag (4 sachets).0
-
Tesco Tiptree still have Malteser white chocolate ice-creams, 3 in a box, priced at 9p a box.
Got myself 4 boxes today. Loads left in freezer. I think as there is no SEL people are put off buying them.
Oh well, more for us!`Save a little money each month, and at the end of the year, you'll be suprised at how little you have.0 -

hi Angela and others.I've read some of this very long thread but still feel a bit mistified, so if you wouldn't mind answering my questions I'd be grateful!
I've got a feeling I'm looking in the wrong places for these reductions. Am I right in thinking that there may be no indication that the things are reduced? ( See last post about malteser bars). Do you scan them to check?
And are they all together or all spread out in their own areas of the freezer?
And finally- anyone know which stores in Chelmsford have them?
Thanks0 -

They should be barcoded with the SEL reduced price, but also, don't just look for the yellow label's, they have changed the system (reductions) and some now show in the original black and white! You've just got to be patient and browse carefully!

They're the ones in black boxes from the '2 for £5' BBQ range.0
